In addition to the other changes, this Ordinance creates a new regime to allow the movement of highly qualified workers who are transferred within the same company, for the exercise of a professional activity of manager, specialist or training. As of the end of 2022, the EU will also issue a new form of travel authorisation for entry into the Schengen Area, named ETIAS, which will be available online.
